Human Resource department of an organization has multiple responsibilities and its primary purpose is to improve the productive contribution of people within an organization, whether it is personal or public health relations (Gà ³mez-Mejà ­a, Balkin, Cardy, 2010).There are many challenges that health care organizations face when dealing with human resource management and their functioning roles. Human†¦show more content†¦The Human Resource works closely with the newly recruited employees and trains them on their duties providing vital skills that will be imperative for success. They have adequately designed training programs in such ways that they are easy to understand their duties and roles in which they are going to be assigned to in the organization. Evaluating After completion of training, the Human Resources Management with periodically evaluate their progress and what is needed to better improve their confidence in their newly learned skills. They will also help to aid in any discomfort that they might be experiencing, so it is to ensure they are working to the full potential and they are fulfilling their duties and desires within the organization. Conclusion The role of human resource management is being increasingly affected and reshaped by the growing diversity of the workforce, global and domestic compensation, and complex legal and ethical issues (Kabene, Orchard, Howard, Soriano Leduc, 2006). Human Resource management is faced with the hardship of balancing its responsibilities towards the organization it serves as well as to the society in which it operates in.
